Original 1964 Meet The Beetles T-2047 First Pressing; 4th label variation. Sir George Martin is not given credit anywhere as the producer. I purchased b/w 300-400 albums recently from a former DJ in New Orleans. When I pulled this particular album out of its jacket the first thing I noticed was the fully intact (yet a little stained) inner sleeve and then the appearance of the near pristine wax itself. It’s almost 60 years old and looks almost new!! If you look good in the right light you can see a couple of flaws but they are minor. It was almost like looking at a new one and the sound was just as pristine. Original cover is mostly intact with the exception of glue that peeled away from bottom left, front cover. There is ~3-4”s split on the left top of the outer jacket that has separated, and a small split in one of the corners. Original inner sleeve is fully intact with no rips or folds. There is slight discoloration noted along both edges and the jacket has the outline of the album. It also has some dirty spots scattered all about. There is brown discoloration along the entire spine. I’ve posted the best pics of the good and the bad I can to give you the best look at what you’d be getting and I want you to be happy with your purchase.
