From my PERSONAL Collection - bought used - and just played on my new Denon turntable. Yeah - I was big into Quad in the day - had the top of the line JVC Quad receiver, four Advents and two turntables - one just for quad - and a quad reel-to-reel tape deck. I rate/price these LPs on sound mostly - then cover, inserts, LP sleeve, etc. I care about the sound the most. I've cleaned these LPs with my Discwasher and Zerostat - if you need more than that, you have some dirty LPs! I'll be listing my entire Quad Collection (about 70) , as I record them. Look out occasionally for new listings. Some very rare ones indeed! Original 1974 US LP on ATCO RECORDS THE JAMES GANG "MIAMI" QD 36-102 This is a QUADRAPHONIC pressing CD-4Vinyl: VG, both sides. Cover: In NEXT TO NEW condition - see photos. LP Sleeve: Original LP sleeve looks great, but small slits on both side.. Notes on sound below: Side #1: Surface noise, clicks/pops throughout. Not a real quite side. Side #2: Much quieter than side #1! Notable pops first 20 seconds on track #1. This side is listenable.... but still not what I would call quiet. This LP needs to be cleaned way better than I can do. Priced accordingly... Records have been cleaned, sleeved, play tested and protected in an outer sleeve. I pack carefully and ship in a new or used, but in good shape, LP mailer with the LP outside the original cover. These results are on my equipment. You may or may not hear the same. Free Shipping.
