Here is a wonderful cylinder, Edison Blue Amberol #1865. The Knickerbocker Quartet performs the famous Foster song "Old Black Joe", with orchestra. This is a reissue of four minute Amberol #738 from July 1911, and Edison released the cylinder in September 1913. Wonderful version with superb singing from the bass, a fine listen. The cylinder plays well with fairly limited surface noise. I will include a period correct, if battered, cylinder box for you. Sing along with this cylinder, go for it!!
