This is a working Record Player made in 1915 for the old Sonora cranking engine, the engine was originally designed to crank engine failure and could crank the cranked battery to give a running start to the horse. This Player also imparts an antifreeze system for cold weather use, it is a hand crank but can be turned into a functional spindle crank. The face of the Player is fabricated of metal to provide a durable cranking force, the Player is in excellent condition with no repairs required. This is a modern Record Player that was used to sell to antique dealers, it is a hand cranked device, meaning that the cranked wheel is actually an electric motor. It was designed to play records that are played quickly and easily by either eye or hand, the device is still in working order and can play any old Record you may have in your cupboard. The antique Sonora hand crank victrola Record Player is an 1915 phonograph cir, that features a beautiful examples of construction with prints and prints. The Player presents a beautiful brown leather cover with red zips and an old date of 1915 on the front, the Player also features beautifully inlaid brass contacts and a beautiful brass handle. The back of the Player provides some wear and it is now a very good condition, this is a very early records Player from the 1915 season.
