Returns & Refund Policy

Easy Returns If you have an issue with your item, please contact us, we want to help. We have a 30-Day return policy for new items. You can request a replacement, exchange, or a refund. Used items are sold "as-is". Refunds are for the price paid minus shipping costs, and processing fees. Please contact us first in order to do a return. Returned items must be in original packaging complete with all accessories. Missing packaging/accessories will result in restock fees, and/or possible refusal of return. Items damaged by customer cannot be returned. Software cannot be returned. Due to health standards, items that go in ears or in front of mouth may not be eligible for return.
