CONDITION: Condition obviously will vary from record to record.
I do tend to grade conservatively so when you receive an album it may be better than expected
Some may have writing on the cover, usually a name or someone's initials

Most of the albums will have a white sign-off sheet taped to the cover. The reason being the majority but not all the albums were DJ albums from a radio station in Albuquerque NM. Of course, there will be some albums that do not have a sign off sheet. The conditions vary from record to record. I would grade the DJ albums (Fair) on both cover and vinyl as they were heavily used.
On the other albums I will have the grading in the artist title as those are in much better condition since they come from a personal collection.
I will continue to add new titles and which I will list the artists on the listing title
