This has been tested and works, both the DVD and VCR work perfectly fine.  It's dirty though, and has a sticky substance on the top that I can't seem to clean off.  The ports on the back also seem to be a bit rusted.  It also has a bit of an odor to it, I'm not sure what it is, I can't place it.
