Overall this item is in good to very good condition. Cover does show some shelf wear common to an item of this age, with some small creases and scuffs here and there, but nothing significant. NO tears, writing, or coloring anywhere on the cover or inside pages. Overall the pages are clean and bright just show some light wear from being read/used.
Record isn't perfect but appears to be in good condition. I am unable to test as I don't have a player.
