Makes a humming noise when plugged in but does not turn. Cord and plug are sus. Case is in good condition, needs cleaning. Red felt turn table. Arm is metal and plastic, made in England. The rest is from Brooklyn N.Y. so according to postal state abbreviations, places it before June of 1963??
