This VCR most likely just needs a new belt. This powers on great, the top loader opens and closes with ease. When a tape is inserted it can be rewound but will not play or fast forward. It is in very good cosmetic condition. This ships right away with care.
While I believe it just needs a new belt I am not 100 percent sure and this may or may not be the issue. I am not an expert in VCR repair and only giving amateur suggestions for the cause of the issue.
