The top swivels around and the top edges expand out a little bit, making the size adjustable. There is a little brass colored ball for each foot. There's what looks to be a sticker on one leg, but it's not legible. Not sure the maker or exact age. Could make for a nice plant stand too! CONDITION: Acceptable, used condition! The top does swivel, but it requires some force, maybe greasing or cleaning the spinning mechanism would help? There are scratches, scuffs, color loss spots, and discoloration throughout. Does wobble slightly, but may not be noticeable with the weight of a tv or record player on top. Feet have tarnish. Will ship exactly as pictured, so please see photos! MEASUREMENTS: Whole piece measures approximately 17" ta ll at the furthest points. The top measures approximately 15" long and 15" wide at outside edges when fully closed and can open up to about 23 1/2" long. SHIPPING: Calculated.
