The vinyl jacket you will get is the one listed in the title and in the main picture. You will also get an original vinyl 12" record backing (not the same title as the jacket title). You will also get the clock mechanism, washer, and bolt all pre-assembled. The clock hands will need to be snapped on once you open the package (this is to prevent damage during shipping).
