Shipping:

If you receive a damaged item, PLEASE contact us BEFORE opening a return. Almost all items are shipped fully insured against damage. We would need proof of damage (photo of item), before giving a full refund of your purchase price and shipping. Once verified, we will refund you without the need to return the item.

As of this time ALL international shipments will ship via Pricetronics international shipping program.

We will offer FREE local pickup in Northeast Ohio (Cleveland - Akron). Ask for a revised invoice before paying.
