Vintage MCM DESIGN Brown Empty 10" 78 Record Album Book Folder/Holder

Mid Century Modern Style 12-Pocket 10” record holder/folder book album in a brown finish. Has a little “character”due to a bit of edge wear and a small corner tear at top of spine (refer to photo). A great looking front design for displaying your 10” collection. Inside is sturdy and intact with a little more “character” where the metal post heads (which should be easily replaceable) rusted a bit and left small stains on the inside covers. Also a few light and small water stains on some of the pockets, but they are not very obtrusive. (Can be seen in photos)
Overall, a Very Good, sturdy book style record album.
