Vintage AKG C451EB Microphone Preamp with CK-1 Cardioid Capsule & Original Case You are looking at a fully functional, superb sounding vintage AKG C451EB microphone preamp with CK-1 cardioid capsule & original storage box.  This auction includes AKG C451EB condenser microphone preamp #31037, AKG CK-1 cardioid capsule #4067, one AKG butterfly stand adapter, and one original AKG C451EB microphone storage box .  This microphone is in excellent condition for it's age, with small marks from previous use and small amounts of tape residue that is visible in the photos.  The mic sounds clean and quiet, with full range frequency response.  The original spec sheets for the AKG C451EB and CK-1 capsule are included with the photos above.  This is a condenser microphone, and requires 9-52V phantom power to operate.  Be sure your mixer/interface has phantom power, or that you have an external phantom power supply. This microphone is highly regarded as an acoustic guitar mic, and also on high-hats & drum overheads, and many other acoustic instruments.
