Our capture card does support 1080P, 60fps output, the premise is the HD input video signal is 1080P, 2k, 4k,and 60fps. If the input video signal is only 30fps, the capture card and OBS couldn't make frame to 60fps. Especially for most Nintendo Switch games, which only supports 30fps. Q:
Why there is color difference？ A:
The color range of most video input platforms is full RGB"0~255". Normal TV is standard RGB"16~255". Because the color range is different, you may feel the color is not accurate. Q:
Why the captured video is not stable? A:

Why it couldn't capture audio from my gaming PC? A:
Capture card could only capture HD audio resources. You need to set your audio device in your graphic card as default monitoring device. Open OBS Studio - File - Settings- Audio - Advanced, select your graphic card audio device as monitoring device. Q:
Which output format is the best, why? A:
We only recommend the MJPEG output format. Most of USB capture card you can find on Amazon is using soft code to capture video. If you need better video quality, such as YUY2 output format. You need a hard code device. Such as PCI-E capture card, which will cost you at least 200 bucks if you need higher performance.
