For your consideration, you are Viewing My Very Good (VG) Disneyland Record Purple Label Number "STER-3947" 12" Vinyl Album (33-1/3 Speed) "The Story and Song From THE HAUNTED MANSION," with the 11-Page Colorful Graphic Story Inside the Gatefold Album Cover. As you probably already know, this record features the classic song, "Grim Grinning Ghosts," by famed Disney music legend Buddy Baker. Also, the cast voice of the character Mike is spoken by child actor Ron Howard (aka the character Opie). I played the record all the way through, for my own enjoyment, and to confirm very clear sound and no skips. There are some normal occasional pops which are found with a very good record. (Note: See below for Goldmine definition of VG record). The vinyl has a bright luster and normal signs of being played and handled with only slight wear around the spindle hole. The record has no writing marks. This weighs 14.1-Ounces, without counting overpackaging. Hopefully, from the pictures and my description, you can fully appreciate what is being offered here. Goldmine Definition of a Very Good (VG) Vinyl Record: The item’s defects will be more pronounced. Surface noise will be evident upon playing, especially in soft passages and during a song’s intro and fade, but will not overpower the music. Wear will start to be noticeable, such as with light scratches on vinyl (deep enough to feel with a fingernail) that will affect the sound. Labels, covers, and sleeves may be marred by writing or have tape, stickers, and residue attached. However, a VG item will not have all of these problems at the same time.
