TQC Recording Cleaning Fluid Concentrate
2oz bottle makes:
For hand cleaning, mix with 1/2 gallon distilled water
For spin clean machine, mix with 2 gallons distilled water
For ultrasonic cleaning machine, mix with 3 gallons distilled water
Active Ingredients:
Tergitol Non-Ionic Surfactant - used by the Library of Congress and Canadian Conservation Institute to clean records
Quaternary Ammonium - dislodges and kills bacteria, fungus, mold. Also Anti-Static to remove record's attraction to dust.
Clarifier - causes particles dislodged from the record to clump up and wash easily off the record
Chelator - Actively binds to metal molecules and helps wash them off the record.
Usage instructions:
Hand use:
Spray on the record, vacuum or wipe off with microfiber towel. Rinse twice with distilled water, vacuuming or wiping the record dry each time.
The record will stay clean for five to fifteen playings, requiring only brushing with a carbon brush.
Spin cleaner use:
Fill the spin cleaner with TQC, follow spin cleaner instructions. Your records will be cleaner than ever. The included clarifier will make all the gunk fall to the bottom of the cleaner tank. After cleaning rinse twice with distilled water, vacuuming or wiping the record dry each time.
The record will stay clean for five to fifteen playings, requiring only brushing with a carbon brush.
