Cosmetic Condition The recorder is in good cosmetic condition: - It has scuff marks, scratches, and general wear from use. Please see the photos for more detail. Includes a Toshiba remote that is compatible with the recorder, but is not the original remote. No other parts or accessories are included. Only that which is shown in the photos will ship. Testing We tested the recorder by plugging it in, connecting it to a TV, and powering it on:

It had no problems inserting or ejecting DVDs.

It played a DVD movie without issues. Video and audio quality was good.

The playback controls work properly: play, pause, fast forward, rewind.

We had no issues controlling the recorder with the remote (though the remote is not original, and has buttons not necessary for this model).

The function buttons on the front of the recorder work properly.

The only issue we noticed is that the display on the recorder appears quite dim and hard to see in a lit room. This is the full extent of the testing performed. It appears to be functional, but has a dim (but working) display . The recorder is being sold as-is, and we can only guarantee that the condition is exactly as described .
