The pages show wear from use including creasing and marks. There is a tear and folds in the bottom edge of the last page. The Cardboard Sleeve is intact with some marks and wear near the edges. There is a sticker on the front. The record looks to be in good condition. There are some scratches and marks on the record, especially on the last track on side one. It has not been tested.
