Shipping
All FREE SHIPPING (within the 48 US States ONLY) is via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground for larger items, these services typically take 1 to 5 business days to arrive. For smaller items we use a variety of services including UPS Mail Innovations, USPS Priority Mail and USPS First Class Mail, to both remain price competitive and to deliver products in a time manner.
Upon request we can also ship via UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air. Please contact us for a price quote.
For International orders, we use the services explained about for FREE SHIPPING to send the package to Pricetronic's global shipping hub. From there Pricetronic handles delivery to the final destination country. Please see the "Shipping and Payments" tab to see a list of countries to which we ship.
Terms of Sale
If an item is delivered DOA (Dead On Arrival), we will issue a return label to retrieve the defective unit for credit or exchange. Customer will have 30 days from date of shipment to notify us of the problem to return due to defects
Defective unit must be packed in original package, with sufficient protection to protect the unit from any damage during transit back to us. We cannot accept physically damaged units for credit or exchange.
In case of a problem reported after the 30 day period, the unit will be subject to Manufacturer/Refurbisher warranty. Most new goods carry one year warranty by manufacturer. Warranty information is included in the package, when shipped. Refurbished product, carries anywhere between 30 to 90 days warranty depending on the refurbishing factory and/or item. In order to simplify this warranty period, we will extend all refurbished warranties to 90 days. Defective items purchased within 90 days, which no longer carries factory warranty, can be returned to us for warranty works. Please note, warranty work, will not include physically damaged, liquid damaged or misused products.
