    The MC1ST
    microphone package contains all you need to set up one place in a recording studio. This package is produced for recording, broadcast, and sound reinforcement activities. It is suitable for recording both vocal and instrumental artists. The package includes a microphone, a mic stand, an XLR to XLR cable, and an XLR to ¼ inch adapter and a carrying case. The total weight of all that kit is 4.5 pounds.
    The microphone is a tough, practical product from Technical Pro. It has a black body and a gray steel mesh cage covering the head. Its frequency response range is 20 hertz to 20 kilohertz and it has an equivalent noise level of 18 decibels. It has a nominal impedance of 75 ohms with a load impedance above 1 kiloohm.
    The microphone stand has a tripod base, a boom arm and a microphone clip. Its footprint extends to a width of 20 inches. The height of the microphone can be set from 29 inches off the ground up to 47 inches. The boom arm is 27 inches long and it slides out as far as 22 inches from the base pole. It is secured with a swivel clamp that includes a tightening knob to keep the boom in the position you select. The package includes a "U" EZ Mic Clip to fix the microphone to the end of the boom arm. However, the top of the stand, to which that clamp fits, is an industry standard 5/8 inch threaded end, which means you can swap the clip for any other you might buy. The stand also includes a cable pole clip to fix the mic lead and stop it dangling where it might get in the way.
    Mics connect to mixer panels either to an XLR connector or to a 1/4 inch socket. The pack includes an 8-foot XLR to XLR cable and an XLR to 1/4 inch socket adapter.

  • Do All Of The Products You Sell Carry A Warranty?
  • All merchandise is brand new, factory fresh and includes the manufacturer's USA warranty unless clearly stated otherwise. Items in Certified Refurbished condition include a 2-year extended warranty backed by All-state. Items in seller refurbished condition are backed at minimum by a 90 day warranty. Items in Used or Open-box condition sold at closeout prices are sold as-is and do not always include a warranty.
