2 Channel, 2 track stereo reel to reel recorder. 10 inch tapes 7 1/2 or 15 IPS. Unit is calibrated to pro standard NAB. High bias and EQ for 15 IPS. Heads are 85% good (This means the record/ erase/ play heads on the unit have very little wear, about 10% worn so a good wear path from low tape use is established. This can be a good thing as now the pitch can be more precisely calibrated on the tape and record/ play quality will be excellent for a long time (10-20 years) before heads wear to 50/60% good. Then calibration should be done again). Low bias and EQ for 7 1/2 IPS. Set up for maxxel UD 35 or Ampex 456. Professionally serviced, cleaned and tested. Main belt replaced. This machine comes out of the business owners personal collection. 8+ condition.
