Comes with the Power cable and turns on just fine. Rewinds and forwards fine (was tested with cassette tape).
The mechanism near the bottom of the cassette holder, that is directly above the Portatwo HS logo, has come up a little bit so the tapes will not go in with ease as they should. It will need to be pushed down back into place somehow.
Once the cassette is in, it seems to do just fine but that's why this is being sold as is.
