Tascam DM-3200 / DM-4800 Original Part: Multi-function Encoder knob

This Part was just pulled from a working Tascam DM-3200 Dm-4800   and is the original  It is the Multi-function Encoder knob located above each channel in the middle.   It is dark grey in color.    it may be compatible with other models, however make sure to check before you buy.     I will stand behind my listing, however again, make sure this is the correct part that you need and it will for sure work with your console.  View the photos carefully.      If you are unsure, please ask questions.  I am more than happy to help out however I can.
