VISUAL INSPECTION: The record looks nice but there looks like groove wear on side one, no visible scratching. Generic sleeve. Please look at the photos carefully, they are part of the description of the record & sleeve.  I cannot emphasize this enough, Please CLEAN THE RECORD BEFORE PLAYING!!! I am NOT an audiophile, please ask questions! I give the best description of the record as I can. I do not use the 'standard' grading that's out there, I feel it's a bit ambiguous and has overlapping descriptions. If you need additional photos, I'm happy to take them for you.
