Mechanism was cleaned and re lubricated.
Tape alignment was performed to this deck.
An LED light was installed in the tape bay.
Digital ports were checked and found to be in working order.
A plastic cover for the infrared sensor was installed because it was missing, it's noticeable up close.
Power cord is included.
