So when I first put batteries in I didnt have a tape and everything seemed to work fine. So i bought a blank tape to test and it plays, and sometimes rewinds and sometimes fast forwards...but then it gets slower and stops. You can keep switching from play to fast forward to rewind and it will work for a bit but then slow down and stop. Tired of trying to figure it out so selling for parts
