Sears Solid State Betavision Video Cassette Recorder Tuner 562.53580150 (0522). Tested without a betamax tape, it acts like it works.( That is all I could do without a cassette) , for that reason it is sold as is. If I can find a betamax cassette in my picking, I will update.
