1981 Mercury SRM-1-4013 Dead Wax side 1: SRM-1-4013-AS-PRC-C 3-1-1 MASTERDISK Hw Dead Wax side 2: SRM-1-4013-BS-PRC-C 3-1-1 MASTERDISK RL VINYL: VG++ 100% of the LP was played to grade it. side 1 plays a solid NM side 2 has a minor warp (not noticeable on side 1) it causes a few light "kerplunks" before the music starts & there is a light occasional "hiss" sound during the 1st 1 &1/2 minutes. After that side 2 plays EX+ SLEEVE: VG+ shrink on 1/2 of the front & most of the back Original inner sleeve in nice shape  & an additional  rounded poly inner which the LP is in
