This guitar is a ‘Q-Stock’ instrument purchased directly from Recording King. What is a ‘Q-Stock’ instrument? It is a new instrument that has a very small cosmetic flaw which you may or may not be able to find. This flaw is cosmetic in nature, and does not affect the functionality of the instrument. Because the functionality is guaranteed, Recording King warranties these ‘Q-Stock’ instruments, unlike a used or C/D/F-Stock instrument. You’ll also find that we are able to offer this instrument at a great discount because it is a ‘Q-Stock’ as well. The Professional is crafted from mahogany with a parallelogram soundwell and 12-Fret neck joint. The hand-spun Recording King cone delivers true, loud resonator tone, and the traditional design features like rounded soundhole screens and slotted screws conjure vintage mojo.
The bone nut and the maple/ebony saddle help give it great sustain, and Grover tuning machines keep it in tune.
