Realistic Diamond Stylus Stereo Needle RS-141 Varco TN-4-B Record

This listing is for a Realistic Professional Quality Diamond Stylus.  The model number of this stylus is RS-141 and the package says that it is the "Diamond Replacement Needle for Varco Cartridge TN-4-B.  I picked this up at an estate sale and was told that it was never used.  It comes in its original packaging but the foam on the inside of the box is breaking down and crushes to the touch.
