This listing is for a vintage "Realistic Professional Quality Diamond Stylus" turntable / record player needle.  The model number is RS-100 and the package says that it is "Diamond Replacement Needle For Varco Cartridge Number 65".  This item is still in its original box but the box is broken and missing a piece on the bottom edge.  I picked this up at an estate sale and was told that it had never been used.
