No dust cover hinges are included with this item.
Clarification - the black mat is not adhered to the rotating turn table. I feel it should be lightly tacked down so it doesn't move it at all. It takes hardly any effort to slide it from center position-it is grooved and will stay in place - it would be a matter of personal preference.
