Here is a limited edition book and record set from RCA Victor, red seal, Dynagroove Recording called"  ©1963 " The Pastoral, in music words and pictures, stereo limited edition"
-- Limited editon no. 245  - A
It is a white hardcover folio book with original dust cover and record included.
Book measures 13.5 x 12.5 inches.  The recording looks like it may have never been played.
It's 12" / 33 RPM.
The point of the set is to have more than just a listening experience.  Visual and poetical.
Remember these were the days before video and cell phones.
Editor and Notes by Irving Kolodin, selected writings by Victoria Mayes, selected paintings by Robert Jones.
Foreword by George Marek.
It features beautiful tipped-in classic art by
Hobbema (cover), Van de Velde, Courbet, Van Ruisdael, Constable, Corot, De Patinir, Pissarro, Degas, Crome,
Gainsborough, Altdorfer, and more.
With excepts, prose, words and poetry by
Tennyson, Tolstoy, Wordsworth, Smith, Hawthorne, Shelley, Thoreau, Shakespeare, James, Dickens and more.
Dust cover is chipping, white cover show soil, there is a slight musty odor, but interior is clean and unmarked.
Record looks to be unused.
