Purchased in the 80s and was working when I put it in storage about ten years ago. I do not have a stylus so can't test. Plugged in it turns, the arm lifts and moves to the album as well as returns and shuts itself off (or not) depending on the setting.
Dust cover is cracked but, repaired and works.
