Cosmetically, the unit and remote look near new. It was tested to the point that it has power, and tapes/DVDs eject both manually and with remote. I have no audio/video cables to connect to a TV to test that part. Or whether it records or not. But I was told by previous owner that it works fine and by its condition I see no reason it would not.
