The rewind does not work. No promises but I head these have a clutch type system for the rewind and the rubber pieces become aged and dry out. Plays and FF do work. Plays loud and clear. All the buttons work on the dash. The counter does light up but seemed not to work. If you never seen one of these here is a quick run down. The player is about the size of a small suitcase. You flip up the top which contains a speaker. Plug it in to the base and you have a portable reel to reel player. Plays up to 7" reels. The case does it job (latches work and handle is not sliced). There is some "dingy" spots on some areas. There is also 2 small tares of the vinyl wrap on the side that are hard to spot (photo'd). Some of the paint functions of the dash are a worn down. This has an adapter for 120v but can play 220v. If you look at the bottom you can see the switch for the volts. This unit weighs about 30 pounds.
