This first pressing debut album for Pantera was signed in the early/mid 80s by all of the original lineup:
Dimebag (then Diamond) Darrell Abbott
Terrence Lee “Terry” Glaze
Vincent “Vinnie” Paul Abbott (Vince)
Rex “Rocker” Robert Brown
This record has been cleaned using a Squeaky Clean Vinyl MK-III RCM. I graded the vinyl and sleeve using the Discogs standards (same as Goldmine) seen here:

I play tested this entire record and there are no skips. There is a slight warp and there are pops and crackles, including one that repeats for a few revolutions on side 1. Overall it rocks and plays great. Noise is mainly evident only during quiet passages and, well, there aren’t many of those!
A note here about this pressing. This is one of three 1983 pressings of this record. And it’s by far the rarest of those three, with only 2 other copies extant on Discogs (the third is this copy).
The owner’s name, “Troy,” is written top right of the sleeve. There’s a ~3” split in the center of the spine. there are creases and some writing indentations (left of Rex’s signature). Edge wear. Corner wear. Ring wear and light staining (the “T” and “E” in the Pantera logo). There is no insert or original inner sleeve if it came with them.
This comes from the collection of a TX club DJ and metal fan (see last pic). It is one of four early Pantera records in the collection, which included hundreds of 1980s heavy metal records.
The cleaned record has been placed inside a Bags Unlimited archival anti static polyethylene and acid-free paper sleeve and will be shipped outside the original outer sleeve, which has been placed in a 3 mil polyethylene sleeve. Both will be sandwiched between corrugated cardboard pieces oriented 90 degrees from each other for strength and then boxed in a purpose made record mailer. That’s how I ship most records but in this case I will then double box with padding around that!
My home is smoke free and while this record has likely seen some smoke, it doesn’t smell like it anymore. Just smells like a 40 year old record!
Here is what the signatures say to the best of my ability to read them:
“Troy, to the dude that looks like somebody we know, thanx and jam it loud! Rex Rocker!”
“Allright Troy! R&R and listin at max volume. Diamond Darrell”
“Rock on Troy! Heavy metal rules! Vince Paul”
While those above were done in ball point, Terry Glaze’s message and signature were done in felt tip. They didn’t dig in and have faded over the years from wear so it’s really difficult to make out. But it’s pretty clear that’s who it is.
