The DVD Recorder/Player turns on but it does not play or record. This is a U99 error and it loops.
The Remote worked last time I tried it, but this was about 6 years ago. It should still work but it is sold as is.
The User Manual is intact but I did write down a phone number to Panasonic on the back of it.
The Power cord is included as well. I see no dings on it.
In all you will get the remote (batteries not included), a power cord, a manual and the DVD Recorder/player.
