Olympus Ws-853 Mp3 Digital Stereo Voice Recorder

I was the only owner of this Olympus WS-853 voice recorder.  I found it incredibly useful as I had a boss who kept claiming that I said things I didn't and was causing me trouble and their boss took their word for it, so I started carrying this handy little device around my neck and every time I ran into any of them in the hall, or had a meeting with them, or the department had a meeting I would hit record in a very obvious manner so they knew I wasn't going to put up with that BS any longer.  The USB connection made it very easy to download all of the recordings and store them for later retrieval if they pulled their BS again ... they didn't ... and in fact they were fired from their executive position just for BS like this ... so I outlast them and avoided continued trouble before I retired.  So I can't promote this item enough!!  I will even include the red lanyard that I had to carry it around my neck, just in case you need it for the same reason. I also used it to record a panel discussion in an auditorium and it did a wonderful job in the venue also. I have tested it again just to be sure it was working fine and it is.  I show in the first picture the screen with the batteries in so you can see it is working but I am not shipping it with batteries as I am afraid of them bursting in transit and harming the recorder.  I do show pictures of the battery compartment so you can see there is no corrosion. You get the original packaging, instructions, padded case, red lanyard, and of course the recorder.
