Near mint: small distress that isn't noticeable
Excellent: there is at least one noticeable problem with the condition of the vinyl, with some unnoticeable things as well.
Very Good or Good: this usually means there are many noticeable problems with the vinyl, but it is still completely intact
Fair- Has all the traits of good, but part of the vinyl could be severely torn or parts of the vinyl could be destroyed
Poor: This vinyl would be in critical in condition, it has all traits of the previous ranks
