Norelco Micro Cassette Recorder

I put a battery and tape in but unit will not play the tape. You can hear the motor running but the spindles are not moving. After looking in the door it looks like you can see the belt has broke and started to desintigrate. A common problem in cassette decks. Not sure if that is the only problem. Being sold as is for parts or repair. Unit has some wear. Brush metal has some discoloration. Has some scratches, small paint chips. Small crack above the battery compartment.
