NICE CRESCENT F-639 45 PPM RECORD PLAYER PHONOGRAPH IN CASE PARTIALLY

MOST 45 RPM PLAYERS WERE MADE BY RCA, SINCE THEY INVENTED THE 45 RECORD AND FITTINGLY MADE THE MACHINES TO PLAY THEM. THIS ONE IS NOT MARKED RCA. IT IS A CRESCENT. THE TURNTABLE SPINS BUT IT DOES NOTHING ELSE. SO IT NEEDS THE MECHANISM GONE OVER, NEEDS A NEW CARTRIDGE, AND NEEDS A COUPLE CAPACITORS. NOTE THAT IT HAS BOTH VOLUME AND TONE CONTROLS. THIS PIECE IS MISSING THE HANDLE. THE HANDLE ATTACHMENT IS 0N EACH SIDE.  THE FRONT GRILL IS METAL AND  IS WAVERED. IT  DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. IT MEASURES ABOUT 12" X 11" X 7.5".
