This is the LawMate PV-500NEO-PRO DVR, as well as the BU-18NEO HD Button Camera Kit. Can be used as a concealed spy cam or a wearable body cam.
I purchased these in 2019, but I only used them maybe 30 times for a specific incident - the screw-head camera lens disguise was very useful. I've never had to use them since, and they've been in a temperature stable environment in my room.
Battery is the BA-2200 stock battery
The storage is a 16 GB micro SD that came with it
