Used and running in my system until I got a newer belt drive unit, which I prefer. However, this unit is not 100% perfect, it could use a simple tuneup and balancing of the arm. Missing one foot on the bottom.
The plugs look like they were spliced at some point, but work fine. Took a picture of the cable.
Light/strobe works, both speeds work.
Service, align and give a nice cleanup and you'll have a desirable vintage Marantz turntable. As you can see from the pictures, the original arm/headshell is there, the original 45 adapter, the original dust cover (minor swirls and surface thin scratches, but VERY presentable) original rubber mat (with Marantz logo) etc.
Super nice, waiting for your tune-up, as all 40+ year old tables will need.
Will safely double box and ship. Will remove the dust cover and bubble wrap separate, as well as the cartridge, and then will secure the arm to the platter.
