We always take the pictures of the record under a bright light and use the flash on the camera for last two photos on each side. Record shows light scuffs and scratches. Lots of shine on this record and sounds great. Light scratches and or scuffs. V-  Record is worn. Record will still play through. You will have definite surface noise and possible stressed grooves.
