K-Tel Festival Of Sound In-Store Demo Recird Vinyl LP Album Spring 1983 Rare I call it rare because of the store and it is a self marketing piece also.  Explained later This is a demo album that was given to stores to play during peak hours.  If you look at the close up of the pictures of the front and back of the album, it has a nice explanation of it. Hard to find this album as there can't be many left out there.  It is in very good condition.  I thought in one angle I saw a smudge on the album, but couldn't find it at other angles.  I played it at that spot and no problems, it played smoothly. The sleeve is plain white with some wrinkles on the corners, no marks or anything  I will put the album in a new sleeve to protect this one in shipment. The album cover is a bit different.  Front looks good.  still in shrink wrap and has been protected.  The back has a cut in it that looks like a holder that sets up to display.  That is why it says K-tel Music sold here on the cover, to display.  IT is a bit loose, but with the shrink wrap on it has not been used.  Shrink wrap will stay on and will be your decision what you want to do with it.  I think the stand part makes it more valuable knowing it was a demo and a stand for stores.  If stores used this as a stand, the cover would not exist anymore, so that is one reason it is rare.  Not sure what the real marketing price of this is, but I think this is a very fair price.
