Go Video Dvr4275 Dvd Vcr Vhs Combo Player Recorder

This is in nice aesthetic condition and doesn't have any scratches or scuffs. I'm not sure what's wrong with it, it does power on, but the VCR side acts like it's stuck on pause (the way the image is kinda wavy if that makes sense) for a couple seconds then stops. The DVD side won't open the door so I haven't been able to test it.
