gleaming spire - walk on well lighted streets - 1983, PVC/Posh Boy (PVC 8916), promo, includes original inner sleeve Record Condition: NM (beautiful condition. cleaned, sounds great) Sleeve Condition: VG (promo copy, round cutout in upper right, jem records promo sticker in middle back, sticker residue on front, minor ring and edge wear) ---- All records sold AS IS (sorry, too many punishers in the vinyl world who have exploited returns).  I do my best to provide detailed pictures of cover as well as accurate description and condition grading of wax.  I'm not a dealer, just a fellow collector with a couple of decades of experience selling records from my collection on Pricetronic and discogs.  Please reach out before purchasing if you have any questions. I USE GOLDMINE GRADING: MINT (M):  Sealed NEAR MINT (NM): Record is shiny, with no visible defects. Free of writing, stickers or other markings. No surface noise when played.  Cover is free of creases, ringwear, and split seams. VERY GOOD PLUS (VG+) Record may show some slight signs of wear, including light scuffs or very light scratches that do not affect the listening experience. May have slight warps that do not affect the sound. There may be some very light ring wear or discoloration, but it should be barely noticeable.  Cover should have only minor wear.  A VG+ cover might have some very minor seam wears, creases, very small edge splits (less than one inch long) or some defacing, such as a cut-out marking. VERY GOOD (VG) Many of the imperfections found on a VG+ record are more obvious on a VG record.  Groove wear may be present, and/or light scratches deep enough to feel with a fingernail. When played, a VG record has surface noise, and some scratches may be audible, but the noise will not overpower the music otherwise.  VG covers will have many signs of human handling. Ring wear may be obvious, though not overwhelming. Some more creases might be visible. Seam splitting can be more present; as it may appear on all three sides. May have minor writings, tape, or stickers on label or cover. GOOD (G): Good does not mean bad! The record still plays through without skipping, b ut it has significant surface noise and groove wear, and the label is worn.  A Good cover has ring wear to the point of distraction, has seam splits obvious on sight and may have heavy writing or sticker residue.
